Requirements (in order of priority):

Technical/Architectural project leadership skills and experience. Must have a proven track record of being a lead architect on a sizeable (2+ million lines of code) project.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders ?Product Management, Functional Analysts, Engineers, QA, Support, Project Managers and senior management.
Must have architectural and development skills (5+ years) experience working on project that uses J2EE, .Net, Hibernate and Oracle.
Good experience and skills creating architectural design documents. Must have experience with RUP/UML/OOP/OOD.
Exposure to process improvement approaches like CMMi or Six Sigma is a definite plus.
Experience working with offshore teams is a plus.Position Description

Responsible for the analysis, design, programming, debugging and modification of local, network or internet-related computer programs for commercial or end user applications such as materials management, financial management, HRIS or desktop applications products. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming language and technologies. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interface with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.Minimum Requirements
