Software/Hardware Design Engineer
Diversified Technology, Inc. (www.dtims.com), a leader in the embedded computer industry, has immediate openings for three Design Engineers at its Ridgeland, MS facility.
The Design Engineer will be responsible for the design of complex, state of the art embedded computer products. This position involves schematic development, board layout, component selection, verification testing, and product documentation. The position may also require development of assembly and high-level language software for microprocessor-based BIOS functions in an embedded application. Experience with Mentor Graphics design capture software and AMI BIOS Core 8 and/or Phoenix BIOS is a plus. Qualified candidates must have a B.S. degree at a minimum in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 1-5 yrs. work experience.
