Siebel Programmer/Analyst

Technical development analyst for application development and ongoing support activities for the e-Track System.

Customers/Partners:
Internal systems and operations organizations (IRSS, etc.)
External development partners/vendors (Siebel/Oracle, etc.)

Measurements of Success:
Effective working relationships with customer, internal organizations and partners/vendors for achieving goals
Support and development work is delivered by committed timeframe, within budget with agreed to scope
High quality deliverables that are reliable, maintainable and scalable
Service delivery is aligned with customer and IR goals
Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimum supervision

Areas of Responsibility:
Design, develop, test and deploy software releases
Document and review all work products
Perform root cause analysis to prevent issues from reoccurring.

Technical Qualifications & Education Required:

Education/Experience:
Required:
B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline
Significant experience with full life cycle development and follow on support.
Working knowledge of support and SDLC industry standards and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills Required:
Full software development life cycle experience (requirements through deployment and ongoing support with upgrades) on multiple implementations, including Siebel implementations.
Siebel Consultant Certified or equivalent experience with Siebel tools and best practices
Experienced in NT, Windows & Unix platforms
Experienced with SQL, PL/SQL and Unix Scripting
Experienced with project management tools
Strong relational database design experience/skills
