Siebel 7 Developer

Microsoft Gold Partner in the Loop is looking for an experienced Siebel 7 certified application developer. As a Siebel Application Developer you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of the Siebel 7 sales and marketing product and related components (e.g., interfaces, conversions, etc). This position will require you to leverage your deep technical knowledge and broad Siebel experience.

Additionally, you must be able to effectively interact with client representatives, project management, and fellow team members (both inside and outside of the immediate team) in the development of solutions that address the people, process, and technology needs of the organization. Also important to your success in this position is the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of experience working with Siebel. Responsibilities for this position include:

Technical design and development of a Siebel 7 Sales & Marketing implementation
Configuration, scripting, and integration of Siebel 7 application
Business requirements definition, mapping, and gap analysis
Siebel application design and prototyping
Test scenario definition, script development, and execution
Development of technical documentation
REQUIREMENTS
5 to 7 yrs Siebel configuration, scripting, and integration
5 to 7 yrs technical foundation including; structured programming VB, eScript, understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
5 to 7 yrs of Siebel implementation experience (at least 1 yr in version 7) and participated in each phase of multiple full Siebel lifecycle implementations
Ability to manage expectations of all parties within a project including project management, developers, business representatives and vendors
Bachelors degree ideally in a relevant major (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, etc.)
Strong self motivated individual with excellent analytical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management
Ability to adapt to changes in environment (change in project scope, team, etc.)
Siebel Core Consultant certification (version 7)
