SharePoint Developer

Very Senior Level SharePoint Developer needed with a solid developer with an admin background. SharePoint 2003 implementation experience, would prefer 2007; SharePoint Portal Server experience; has to have solid .NET (C#, ASP, VB, etc.); Windows WorkFlow Foundation and BizTalk experience is a plus. The candidate must be able to speak on:
* Hands on implementation
* Looking at specifications and configuring and customizing in SharePoint
* Can use the *out of the box* features (deploying all features): User Administration, Interface, Structure, Security, Web Configuration, Profiles, Audiences, Content Types
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Ability to use Integrated Development Environments.
Design and testing.
Management of code.
Vast knowledge of SharePoint Portal capabilities and applications.
Ability to design SharePoint Portal communities and SharePoint Web Parts.
Technical design writing skills.
Ability to lay out objects.
Ability to communicate the necessity and integration of objects.
Ability to communicate the design to development team.
Ability to communicate both in written and verbal means the usage of SharePoint web part interoperability.
