REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements: Minimum bachelors degree in civil engineering with at least 5 years of experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and transportation planning. Also requires experience in project management and transportation engineering task management, coordination and/or and oversight involving conceptual, functional, preliminary and final roadway design plan preparation.Familiarity with MicroStation, GEOPAK, Highway Capacity Software, and NCDOT guidelines is required.NC PE license required or the ability to obtain through reciprocity.
