Senior Project ArchitectGrowing Houston Architecture firm specializing in HEALTHCARE ARCHITECTURE seeking Senior Project Architect. Responsibilities include: consultant coordination; team management; agency reviews, coordination and production of the technical documents required to clearly communicate the design intent through Design Development and Construction Documents. Experience in large-scale, complex building types is desired with healthcare, institutional and academic project experience a strong advantage.Founded in 1937 in Houston, FKP Architects, Inc. has developed into one of the nation's largest architectural firms specializing in healthcare, pediatrics, medical and scientific projects. REQUIREMENTS
Professional Architectural degree.Registration required.
At FKP, we believe 10 to 15 years’ experience is required to build the depth of knowledge of building materials, construction methods and systems as well develop your ability to lead and communicate with project team members effectively.
Healthcare project experience preferred.
Drafting, detailing, writing, and organizational abilities are also important elements of this role.
