Senior Multimedia Technology Supervisor

The Senior Multimedia Technology Supervisor will oversee production of multimedia for the client Web Portal. This requires previously and competently demonstrated managerial and interpersonal communications skills, and the ability to give and follow direction quickly and completely.


The proposed employee shall possess a mastery of Internet multimedia production and communications principals and operations, methods, and techniques. Specifically, the Senior Multimedia Technology Supervisor will have expertise in producing video and interactive features for the Web, including an advanced knowledge of requirements for accessibility under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This employee shall have excellent management skills and understand how to put together and motivate a creative team for both live production and post-production.
REQUIREMENTS
The Senior Multimedia Technology Supervisor will demonstrate outstanding production qualifications,

which include working to short deadlines on high profile projects. Further, this person will need outstanding planning and strategic management skills that include juggling multiple projects.

Qualifications

The proposed employee is required to possess minimum qualifications of an undergraduate degree in Internet multimedia design and programming or a related area of study, and/or five years working as a manager of Internet multimedia projects or have other commensurate demonstrable experience.

The proposed employee shall have demonstrated comprehensive knowledge and use of the hardware and software needed to design, develop, produce and manage interactive media for the World Wide Web. This individual shall also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to teach and train new and/or junior employees.
