skills and advance your career.Job Description: Define/implement the vision, strategy, and required projects to deliver a
world class Data Warehouse architecture environment, with a strong focus on
continuous improvement.¨ Plan, direct, and manage the Data Warehouse
Architecture department Prepares personnel development plans, provides performance feedback, and
administers salaries. Work directly with the business executives and key users to understand the
business needs/expectations and work to meet those needs/expectations. Accountable for risk assessment and mitigation for all changes that impact the
Deltacom data warehouse and supporting systems. Coordinates activities with other IT departments Apply industry best practices to deliverables and approachQualifications: 10 years experience with implementing data warehouses. 5 years experience in a data warehouse manager role leading 5 - 10 employees. Excellent conceptual, analytical and quantitative skills withability to
translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and
negotiation). Excellent planning and organization skills, with previous experience managing
initiatives using MS Project. Strong knowledge and usage of business intelligence tools as well as
familiarity with various OLAP concepts. Experience developing frameworks for ETL in an Oracle (PL/SQL), DB2
