Senior Interactive Art Director

We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Interactive Art Director.We're MMG Worldwide, a global marketing communications firm working exclusively with the premier travel, hospitality and entertainment companies of the world. With offices in Kansas City, Miami, New York, St. Louis and Fort Collins, Colorado, and over 120 people, our goal is to create innovative and successful marketing programs that set the standard for the greatest industry on earth.Description:Senior - level position (5-10 Years Total Work Experience-post college) in the advertising/marketing/interactive industry with MMG Worldwide, a Kansas City, Missouri based agency that specializes in the hospitality and travel industries. This person will be responsible for overseeing the design and function of interactive development from the creative aspect.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the development of creative concepts and designs of interactive projects such as websites, e-mails, banners, etc.
Develop and manage the development of Flash files with action script for websites
Stay up-to-date on new advances in online marketing and website developmentUnderstand and follow the established project development processUnderstand the client’s business issues as well as the client’s individual needs and help develop solutions to meet those needs
Complete accurate, daily time sheets
Stay up-to-date on new technologies and web designs
Participate in client calls
Ensure adhesion to strategic direction
Closely work with Executive Creative Director and Associate Creative Director to ensure online and offline projects seamlessly follow brand standards and positioning.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be proficient in Adobe PhotoShop
Must be proficient in Flash and Action Script
Must be proficient in CSS
Must be able to work in Mac or PC environments
Must have a good understanding of online usability
Ability to handle multiple projects
