Senior Development Associate/New Plant Design & Engineering

1. This position requires the ability to leverage experience and state-of-the-art knowledge in area of New Plant Design & Engineering to assume leadership role with respect to the conception, development, demonstration, and/or commercialization of technology of commercial value to the corporation.

2. This person will lead a team of professionals and support personnel involved in specific projects.


3. This senior R&D position is responsible for the coordination of complex and multi-disciplined plant design projects from concept to engineering in accordance with practices in the Cryogenic Systems R&D’s Equipment Technology group. The incumbent will lead a team of professionals and support personnel on projects to identify and implement plant design options that support business objectives and company values. Further, the incumbent will serve as an expert resource for other engineers and maintain a thorough knowledge of new developments and technology.


4. This position requires a B.S. or M.S. in Engineering with 5-10 years of experience with new plant design and engineering including 2-3 years experience with plant selection.
