Enterprise Data Architect/Information Architect
Have you developed a conceptual data model? If yes is the answer then you may be a fit for a key senior level strategic leadership role responsible for designing, getting agreement on and executing projects to move to a data/information architecture where the company can access and share data consistently throughout the company. This Data Architect will lead and coordinate the identification, definitiion and documentation and use of data and data relationships that are of strategic value. You will develop corporate policies, standards and specifications for data objects and their management and will oversee integration projects. The Data Architect will be responsible for the coordinated delivery and documentation of an Enterprise Data Model and the Enterprise Metadata Dictionary. Your skills will include 10+ years IT in a Fortune 500 type company operating on a global basis. You will have solid experience in enterprise wide business intelligence implementations that include dimensional data warehouses, ODS, Data Marts, and BI platforms. You will also need understanding of EAI in a distributed applications environment and how data is utilized and securied on a global level. Other skills needed include deep knowledge of either Informatica or Business Objects, business analysis and process modeling, 3 + years project management of cross functional projects, modeling technologies such as ErWIN and/or Rational Rose, UML. Additionally you will have a minimum of 7 years doing data modeling and architecture. Object modeling strongly desired.Great highly visible role. Full relocation on this one.
