Senior Business Applications Analyst (2)

We are searching for a Business Consultant with five plus years of experience to interact with clients and manage current projects regarding software implementation. High amount of travel involved.

Specific skills and experience needed:

Training Delivery Skills.

Workshop Facilitation & Presentation skills.

Strong knowledge of insurance claims management

Project implementations experience

Understanding of process chosen for requirements gathering on documentation (use cases).
Planning and prioritization skills.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Able to show resilience under pressure.

Customer focused with the ability to link solutions to customer requirements.

Project management skills preferred.

Experience of documenting and communicating business requirements

Role will involve significant travel of up to 4 days per week on customer sites.

Experience of working in a vendor environment on client sites is essential.
