Senior Architectural CADD Specialist

As a nationally-recognized provider of architectural and engineering solutions, we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced CADD Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Ebensburg, PA.

Overview of Responsibilities:

oProduce CADD drawings and files
oPerform advanced CADD layout tasks
oPrepare drawings for project submissions
oPerform basic plotter/printer maintenance and care-taking
oWork closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Designers and recommend minor design changes requiring sound judgment and discretion
oManage client/sub-consultant CADD coordination issues
oAssure that drawing deliverables are accurate, complete, and in conformance with Kimball and/or client established CADD/drawing standards
oAssure and actively participate in quality control and or quality assurance in accordance with company and divisional guidelines
oSeek and implement new additional means of communication that will improve the flow and distribution of information
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Required:

The successful candidate will possess an Associate’s degree in a CADD related curriculum, 7 -10 years of progressive experience with architectural drawings as well as knowledge of mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and landscape drawings preferred. Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop, and Microsoft Office software.
