Senior Applications Programmer Analyst

SENIOR APPLICATIONS PROGRAMMER ANALYSTWest Bend Mutual Insurance CompanyIn this leadership role you will formulate and define system scopes and objectives. Devise or modify procedures considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results. Prepare detailed specifications, design code, test, debug and document these programs.
Seeking experience with DB2, COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, TSO, DB2 and VSam, and knowledge of Policy Managements Systems is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:3 years experience as an Applications Programmer/Analyst.Experience with DB2, COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, TSO, DB2, and VSamPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business.
Experience using Policy Management Systems
Excellent communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
