We are currently seeking a Senior Applications Business Analyst for our downtown Minneapolis location.

We are looking for an individual experienced in Metaslove and/or TBS who thrives under both team work and individual work situations. The candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as experience leading others.

Essential Job Functions
•Assists IT management in the planning and management of software implementations, upgrades, and integration projects in a key project management role (30 percent)
•Plays a key role in Eschelon business process creation and change management. Works with Corporate Development to assure accurate system utilization and efficient system, process, and work flow (25 percent)
•Works with the user community and project managers on cross-functional projects requiring system expertise (20 percent)
•Tracks system defects and enhancements to work with vendors to prioritize and implement solutions (10 percent)
•Maintains research of industry trends enterprise software (10 percent)
•Tests, documents, and trains on systems functionality, enhancement, and manage system releases (5 percent)Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Able to work with confidential information in a professional manner
•Able to lead the planning, implementation, and documentation of enterprise software solutions with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
•Proven experience in leading the design and implementation of detailed organizational process and workflow modes

Education, Experience, and Essential Requirements
•Minimum of 4 years experience implementing and maintaining enterprise software solutions
•Previous experience with analyzing and designing workflow is mandatory
•Telecommunication industry experience a plus
•Previous project management experience a plus
•Previous system integration experience a plus
