Seasoned Creative Graphic Designer

Boutique, full-service advertising agency seeks professional graphic designer with 3-5+ years of agency experience to be instrumental in the creation of a variety of print related materials. Experience in real estate development accounts a plus. Must have total working knowledge of related graphic design software and print production. Specifically seeking an individual who has the ability to run with a project, from initial client/acct person direction to the creation of a finished product. In that regard, we are looking for someone who can conceptualize an ad/campaign/collateral piece, preferably skills that include copywriting, art direction and a particular passion for typography, and ultimately, create the finished piece. The scope of projects range from the initial development of logos, communication packages, etc., all the way up to high end, sometimes high production value primary sales brochures. We seek a person who is just as comfortable doing the preliminary work (i.e. logos, etc.) as they are developing a showcase pieces (i.e. no prima donnas, please). Finally, as this is a smaller firm, we are definitely looking for a team player who embraces the opportunity to be a major contributor to the health and well-being of the agency. A fast paced environment requires one who can shift things into overdrive when necessary. Finally, in that this is a deadline oriented business, reliability is a must.
