SCOPE
Closets By Design (www.closetsbydesign.com), a national home organizing company, is expanding its staff in Maryland. Our products include closets, pantries, garages, home offices, and entertainment centers. All are custom-designed and built to complement any home decor and style. Our Designer positions are excellent opportunities for candidates with energy and enthusiasm.

Designers will begin with intensive training on drafting designs and the formula for successful in-home selling. In-home customer meetings will be pre-set (no cold calling) as a result of our aggressive advertising campaigns, repeat customers, and referrals. Most workdays will include travel in the greater Baltimore, Frederick, and Annapolis areas. You will enjoy the convenience of using your home as your office and working on a flexible schedule.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

- Ability to work independently and manage time well
- Comfort with commission based compensation

EXPERIENCE
- No previous design experience is required
- Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required
