Sales Associate

Dania Furniture is opening a new store in the Minneapolis area in late Autumn. We are expanding from the Chicago area and are seeking FT Sales Associates and Sales Assistants for this new store. We sell home, office and children's furniture - assembled and unassembled - and some accessories. Sales Associates are responsible for the entire transaction and all follow-up. We require strong customer service and communications skills, an interest and knowledge of color and design, basic PC skills, the ability to work well with customers and fellow employees, detail and organizational skills. The schedule will include weekends. Compensation starts at an hourly rate then transitions to commission after a training period. We offer a benefits pkg. and a 401(k) plan.
