REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent 7 years experience working on a high-traffic consumer website
At least 3 years experience producing and maintaining a corporate/entertainment website
Strong HTML, XHTML, CSS and javascript skills, with ability to develop for cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility
Some Photoshop skills, including image optimization and production
Hands-on experience with commercial content management systemsDesired: Highly motivated, eager and able to take ownership of projects to produce a superior website
Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
An interest in comedy TV shows and films, and stand-up comedy
Ability to work with IT/infrastructure group in deploying new site functionality and features
Ability to QA site and maintain overall quality and reliability
Ability to write and proofread occasional copy a plus
Strong communication skills, motivated team player
Manage content delivery from a variety of outside sources
Experience dealing with online communities a plus
Design skills a plus
Experience with Flash, video editing and/or blogging software a plus
