SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Ridgetop Group, Inc. is a privately owned Tucson-based firm focused on leading edge research and technology. We are looking for experienced individuals to develop algorithms, tools, and solutions to advance the state-of-the-art in defense electronics and diagnostics.

Candidates will have the following minimum requirements:
-U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
-Masters Degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
-Broad knowledge base in electronic systems and failure modes
-4 years experience in the following areas
oSignal processing
oState estimation techniques
oData fusion and adaptive filtering of multi-sensor data
oDevelopment and application of expert systems

Responsibilities include:
-Develop algorithms and filters for processing of sensor data
-Perform in the role of Principle Investigator and lead individual projects
-Develop diagnostic and prognostic tools for a variety of electronic systems including power supplies, single board computers, and electronic circuit boards
-Write technical proposals for Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) solicitations and other commercial applications
