SAP MM Support Specialist

Following the implementation of Global SAP, the introduction of improved supply processes and the transition of transactional services to Shared Business Services created a need for this junior role. Key Accountabilities *Assist in generating and scoping system enhancements, process improvements and implementations in new projects. Assist in evaluation of proposed global enhancements. *Deliver effective system and process training of new developments and best-practice demonstration within the region. Maintain training documentation and user procedures. *Secondary function is support for users of the SAP system, primarily addressing workflow, procure to pay process and inventory management issues. Report to Supply Process Coordinator in the region. *Liaise with the global support network and Shared Business Services GSAP Key Users. *Provide help, training and specific problem resolution to all Petroleum users *Provide guidance and direction to key users about system & business process changes.
REQUIREMENTS
*Superior knowledge across SAP*s Materials Management module, thorough understanding of workflow and of the integration benefits across SAP. *Understanding of SAP Materials Management configuration *Good understanding of oil and gas industry in supply and operations environment preferred. *Superior and proven problem solving skills **Hands on* experience in SAP system support 1-3 years SAP, some SAP MM experience
