Rich Internet Application (RIA) Developer

Candidate will coordinate with development staff for the purpose of gathering relevant information for help with systems and manuals, including some of an advanced technical nature. Role includes:

· Compile requirements, write, edit, revise, and/or format documents for internal use.

· Coordinate the production and distribution of material.

· Working with input from technical team, produce technical installation, configuration, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting documentation.

· Plan layout of work, arranging sequence of topics and placement of graphics as applicable.

· Establish standard format for frequently prepared documents.

· Develop the ongoing maintenance/update processes to be followed after the initial development is complete

· A good understanding of the SDLC and ability to serve in a business analyst / systems analyst capacity.
REQUIREMENTS


· Candidates must have used RoboHelp in the past to create web-based help documentation

· Excellent English grammar and composition skills; strong ability to use computer-based publishing tools.

· Ability to analyze and interpret technical information to write, compile, edit and integrate technical documentation and presentations for a development/support audience

· Possess solid analytical capabilities and experience with technology deployment processes and strategies.

· Experience in clearly communicating complex topics.

· Ability to be an effective team member and handle project leadership responsibility.

· Strong technical orientation with a desire to grow technical skills
