RETAIL SALES REP - DESIGNER FLOOR COVERINGS

We are one of premier retailers of designer floor coverings in the entire United States! We have been recognized and received awards as national retailer of the year. Our mission is simple: provide the highest quality products accompanied by the highest quality service.

Our products include very high end products including exclusive designer area rugs, handmade rugs (from places such as China, India, Turkey and more), silk and wool floor/wall pieces, hardwood flooring, and luxury carpeting.

Our hours are very favorable compared to big chain retailers. We are independent, and a free standing location in a very exclusive area of Cincinnati. We close early on weekends, and are closed or have very limited hours on most holidays.

Duties include:

Sales - 50% walk-in customers, 50% referral and networked customers
Demonstration and showings in-store, in-home, in-office
Design & color consultation
Customer follow up
Impeccable Customer Service
Administrative duties related to sales REQUIREMENTS

DESIGN BACKGROUND OR AN "EYE" FOR DESIGN
ABILITY TO DISTINGUISH AND MATCH COLOR & DESIGN
ABILITY TO LIFT OR MOVE 20-40 LBS.
FLEXIBILITY FOR SHIFTS - SOME EVENING & WEEKEND HOURS, BUT FIVE DAY WORK WEEK
