Registered Architect

Purpose: Aerotek Architecture and Engineering is immediately seeking a Registered Architect.

Person will be preparing construction documents for a variety of projects including educational facilities, medical office buildings, corporate high rise buildings and religious facilities. Person must be a registered architect with at least 3 years of experience designing and managing projects.

Person MUST have at least 3 years of experience producing construction documents with regards to educational, religious, retail, multi-family, mixed-use and/or commercial high rise buildings. Must be proficient with AutoCAD and/or Architectural Desktop. Experience with 3-D modeling is a huge plus.

This position is production based but will include all aspects of project management including budgeting and scheduling of projects, construction administration, client interaction and site visits.

This is a mid-sized firm with the all the resources of a large firm. MY client is looking for someone self motivated who can run their own projects to grow within the company and eventually take partial ownership in the firm.

Candidates with commercial based design backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.

Must have at least a 5 year architectural degree.
