RN - CPOE Design Team Liaison

Incumbent will at a minimum:
Work collaboratively with users of CLinical Information Systems in relation to CPOE (Clinical Physician Order Entry) and KDC (Knowledge Driven Care.)
Coordinate aspects of design, development, implementaion and evaluation of CPOE.
Use knowledge and skills of clinical practice to determine clinical functions suitable for computer application and ensure information systems are consistent with professional standards of clinical practice.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires BSN with current Indiana State licensure.
Requires advanced degree in healthcare informatics/information science, or equivalent training and work experience in healthcare informatics.
Requires demonstrated leadership ability.
Requires a demonstrated ability to be self-directed.
Requires strong verbal and written communication skills
Requires the capability of managing multiple project lines.
Cerner and/or CPOE experience is highly desirable.
Requires the ability to work with designated clinical departments; CIS Council; Directors of facility based IT departments and end-users.
