Project Manager for Internet Website Design

Stable, fast growing Website Design and Internet Programming Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent position in Coral Gables, FL. PLEASE READ ALL THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE APPLYING.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities

--A minimum of 2 years experience planning and managing small and large-scale websites, including both graphics and programming
--Experience with design layouts and site development
--Strong communication, organization and analytical skills
--Ability to establish, communicate and coordinate project guidelines, details and deadlines with customers
--A commitment to quality
--Ability to interact with programmers and designers
REQUIREMENTS
The skills required for this position are:

--Adobe Photoshop
--Flash
--DreamWeaver
--Microsoft Project
--Microsoft Visio
--Microsoft Office Suite
--Expert knowledge of the Internet
--Expert knowledge of Internet standards and protocols
--Knowledge of search engines

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

--Coordinating the development of all websites and programming tools while interacting with the design and programming staff
--Communicating with clients to establish their needs, goals and preferences prior to development
--Communicating with clients throughout development to answer questions and keep them updated on the status of their projects
--Establishing project priority, schedules and deadlines
--Reports directly to the company President and the director of IT
