Project Architect/Manager

Purpose: Our client, a sports and entertainment company is looking for a Project Architect/Manager.

This position oversees the production of projects,and acts as the team leader for assignments, gives direction, and monitoring results for each project. This person will also prepare and present oral and written reports and create and implement design ideas.

To be qualified for this position individuals should have at least a 4 year degree in the architectural field and 6 years architectural work experience as well as experience in urban development relating to high rise office, retail, and residential (lofts). This person must have knowledge of construction industry standards and scheduling. Must also have a working knowledge of CAD. Photo Shop, illustrator, Google Earth, and Sketch up is preferred. Architectural registration is also preferred.
