Project Architect

Purpose: A national architecture firm is hiring for a Project Architect for their Jacksonville, FL location.

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of architectural design experience in one of these three industries: commercial, healthcare, or institutional.
- Experience in AutoCAD is required.
- Individual must hold professional registration in the State of Florida or be eligible for registration.
- Documentation of satisfactory completion of IDP training required
for non-registered candidates.
- Individual will plan, coordinate and administer projects through all phases of development.
- Will prepare schematics, handle design development and construction documents, as well as prepare presentation drawings and prepare/edit project narratives and specifications.
- Must have ability to research materials to determine appropriate
selection for project.
- Other duties include reviewing construction submittals and assisting the project manager with construction.

This is a full-time permanent position. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
