Our Fortune 100 client, known for their “Best in Class” marketing, is seeking an experienced product manager to lead the Signs & Graphics product category. This is one of two of our clients’ strategic growth initiatives. The leader of this category must be a subject matter expert in the signs and graphics industry. Further, this individual must be a seasoned product manager, who can make an immediate impact.
This person will work as part of a close knit, cross-functional team that ensures the
direction and management of the Signs and Graphics product offering. They will interact on a daily basis with internal clients and external suppliers while playing a critical role in ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities of this position include:
*Prepare business and product plans, analyze actual vs. forecast revenue results, develop pricing models and performance tracking processes to monitor and evaluate the signs & graphics product success.
*Plan and implement the day to day tactical direction for the signs and graphics product category.
*Coordinate cross functional teams for product and promotion deployment and communication to the field sales and operations organizations.
*Promote and position the signs & graphic products to achieve superior annual sales growth.
*Participate in customer and competitive research.
*Collect, analyze and communicate customer insights throughout the cross-functional team and organization.
*Identify new product strategies based on market and customer needs, and offer gaps that represent a significant revenue opportunity for the company.
*Present status of product strategies and ideas to all levels of management.
*Manage and resolve concerns and/or feedback on specific products.
*Be part of a close knit team that is passionate about their work.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Knowledge:
*At least 5 years successful experience as a product manager managing the product life cycle.
*At least 3 years of experience managing a signs & graphics type of product offering.
*Comprehensive understanding of design and production of signage, specifically working with large format B&W printing.
*The ability to effectively manage multiple projects that involve a variety of signs & graphics marketing components.
*Subject matter expertise in signs & graphics products and their operational inter-workings.
*Proven experience in identifying industry and customer trends, and customer segmentation marketing techniques.
*Strong understanding of customer experience tracking and reporting.
*Comprehension of competitive analysis and trends.
*Past success with managing and enhancing client relationships.
*Leading and working with cross-functional groups.
*Writing strategic marketing plans.
*Demonstrated knowledge of marketing disciplines.
*Core business acumen.
*Management of external vendors.
*Database marketing a plus.
