Product Industrial Designer

Worldwide technology leader in non-invasive patient monitoring has experienced continual rapid growth and are expanding their marketing department. This leading company currently has an opening for a Product Industrial Designer, reporting directly to the VP Marketing.


ONLY CANDIDATES WITH MEDICAL DEVICE EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED!!!


Responsibilities Include:


**Creation of 2D/3D color and b/w sketches, drawings and models of new product concepts and modified ideas that balance functionality, ergonomics, safety, industry standards and manufacturability using input from appropriate departments.


**See products through all stages of development and drive consistent company image across all product lines.


**Create user interface concepts, working model simulations and user requirement documents using input from appropriate departments.


**Managment of multiple projects.


**Act as expert in user requirements and design related industry standards.


Requirements:


**5+ years of Industrial Design experience (prefer combo of Industrial Design, Human Factors Analysis, and User Interface Definition).


**Prefer experience with consumer products and experience with products that combine hardware, software and disposables.


**1+ years experience writing user documentation is preferred.
