Planogram Coordinator

CompUSA helps customers unleash the power of technology through a unique blend of products and highly knowledgeable sales staff as well as technology support and service.We are currently seeking a Planogram Coordinator to join our Store Planning Team.This key individual will be responsible for developing, creating & publishing planograms for specific merchandise categories.Other key duties include:

Maintaining a calendar of current planogram updates for stores and the corporate office

Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with the buying organization, inventory replenishment & our merchandise vendors

Drawing and analyzing layout of each planogram, including a sku report, use of UPC code for labeling, and including all RTV, NO1 & DO1 information providing by the buyer

Maintaining planogram accuracy on a monthly basis, minimum

Acting as a service provider to stores relating to planograms, space, & adjacencies

Working with buyers to maintain current allocated category space

Coordinating new merchandise programs with the Visual Director

Working with management to merchandise layouts for optimum profitability and sales for the company and for the customer shopping ease

Some traveling to assist stores with new openingsJob Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Graphic Art and 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Previous experience merchandising in a CompUSA retail store, with a strong/solid understanding of the Merchandising/planogram process, is highly preferred.
You must possess SUPERIOR communication skills – both written and verbal, have excellent writing skills, be proficient with MS Office – particularly PowerPoint, show full knowledge and experience with store fixtures, retail products, and visual product placement.This position is located in North Dallas off Beltline and the TollwayCompUSA is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to Affirmative Action and a drug free work environment.
