PROJECT TRAFFIC MANAGER I
We are seeking a TRAFFIC PROJECT MANAGER I with a minimum of 10+ years experience. A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering is required. A Professional Engineering License (PE) is also required.The successful candidate will plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of the work as part of a major project or in a total project of lower to moderate scope. Usually involves continuous client contact from the proposal stage to project completion. Provides overall project direction to the project team(s) while providing information about the status of the project to others in the firm. Candidate should have experience in all aspects of Traffic Engineering including: Capacity analysis, ITS design, Traffic Signal Design, Maintenance and Protecton of Traffic and Signing/Pavement Marking Plans.This individual will assist the Department Manager with the operations of the Department by developing Scopes of Work and manhour estimates and assigning work tasks to staff members. They will aslo be responsible for monitoring Department budgets and report the Earned Value for projects with the Department Manager.
