Developer/Analyst (Location: Mequon, WI)

Job Responsibilities

In this role, as a member of the Platform Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting any database issues submitted via the PSQ tool at a Tier Four level of support.

You will be held accountable to meet the Service Level Agreements (SLA) set forth by the company.

In day-to-day work, WageWorks will rely on your self-management, ability to collaborate, and commitment to meet SLA's. During peak periods of business, you may need to work beyond a regular scheduled workday to meet these SLA's.

Analysts must be flexible and capable of working in a dynamic, evolving and rapidly growing environment
REQUIREMENTS
5+ yrs. experience with database/data mining
Ability to handle all Tier Four support in PSQ
Ability to write SQL queries and scripts and interact with the DBA
Ability to develop solutions for internal tools to assist the PSQ and inbound file teams
Ability to manage and continue the development of any tools used to support the Platform Solutions team
Ability to act as a Quality Assurance team (QA) in order to resolve issues
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a positive, productive manner with other Platform Solutions team members
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are required
Ability to research/troubleshoot an issue is required
Strong team player, committed to the success of the team
Demonstrated ability to adapt to the changing demands of the business is required
Experience with benefits, transaction processing, or financial services industry background is a plus
Experience with Oracle is mandatory
BS. Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems degree or equivalent work experience
