Oracle Support Specialist

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $50,000 to $65,000 per year The primary objective of this position is to provide the first and second level of support for internal users of Business Applications and related custom applications. This would include implementation of application functionality and resolution of user issues.Technical Requirements• Possess strong verbal and written communications skills, a pleasant personality and the ability to effectively communicate in English with application users, management and technical resources.• Possess strong investigative and analytical skills to solve problems and perform necessary research to determine the root cause of issues.• Functional or technical working knowledge of the following:o Oracle Applications (eBusiness Suite) - Oracle 11i Order Management, Financial, and/or Manufacturing Modules
