Oracle Programmer Analyst

Classification: Contract to Full Time Compensation: $35 to $40 per hour Robert Half Technology, the world's leader in technology staffing, is currently seeking a contract to hire Oracle Programmer Analyst for a defense firm based in Dallas, TXIn this role the candidate will be responsible for software development of Oracle Data warehousing applications. The candidate will efficiently work with large databases (tables may contain 100+ million rows). The consultant will perform root cause analysis and problem solving on application data issues.
On a day to day basis, the candidate will be responsible for Oracle SQL design and development (back-end); Coding and tuning complex SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripts; Strong SQL performance tuning a must; Assist production support as needed to address any production issues; Creating and executing test plans; Familiarity with requirements traceability; Data and process flow diagrams
