Nursing HOME INFUSION NURSE (Full-time and Per Diem) o Montgomery area o Choice Source Therapeutics, a division of Caremark, seeks a talented fulltime infusion nurse to provide IV therapy to patients in their homes. This will include initial nursing assessments, evaluations for appropriateness of care and training patients and/or caregivers. Qualified applicants will be RN's who possess a valid AL RN license & prior home infusion therapy experience. Experience is hemophilia and pediatrics is preferred. Applicants must also have demonstrated proficiency in IV insertion, vascular access devices, and infusion pumps. The completion of an accredited nursing program and current CPR certification necessary.
