Network LAN/WAN Administrator

Primary responsibility will be to support Cisco based networks in an enterprise setting. Duties include administration of Cisco devices such as routers, switches and firewalls in a LAN/WAN environment. Thorough knowledge of DNS and an understating of IP routing are required. Experience with networking on Frame-Relay is a plus. Experience with CA products such as Unicenter NSM, NPO and SLMO is also a plus. Must have good communication skills and serve as level 2 support for the help desk. This position will work directly with the Network Administrator and Network Security Administrator to provide solutions that scale, resolve issues and optimize network performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Duties/Responsibilities
Cisco based network administration in a LAN/WAN environment.
Administration of Cisco Routers, switches and Firewalls.
Administration of internal IP addressing schemes.
Administration of Frame-Relay circuits.
Administration of the CA suite of monitoring tools including NSM and NPO.
