Network Development Associate for i3 CME, State College, PA

i3 CME is seeking an experienced Network Development Associate for work in our State College, PA facility.



i3 CME is a full-service, accredited provider of continuing medical education (CME). We use dynamic multimedia technology such as satellite broadcasting, Webcasting and Video DIALoguesTM, as well as traditional methods including dinner meetings, symposia and enduring materials to deliver clinical expertise in several therapeutic areas, most notably CNS, oncology and cardiology.



Summary: This position will be responsible for finding, developing, and maintaining customer relations with satellite sites across the US.





Core Responsibilities:


Identify and contact perspective satellite sites
Contact and maintain strong customer service with existing sites on the network
Build relationships with site coordinators
Manage satellite network
Travel to sites as needed to develop relationships, and to maintain strong working interactions
Work with facilities, hospitals, and other potential/current sites

Job Requirements:

I. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in sales, marketing, or similar field



II. Experience:




Three to Five years experience in sales or marketing preferred


Proven track record with regards to achieving goals, building relationships, and successful customer service


Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment


Ability to multi-task effectively


Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building


Ability to work independently, with little supervision


Strong organizational skills


Understanding of the satellite communications field is a plus
