Responsible for the federal mission critical system support including: daily support, engineering and deskside support. This includes adding, deleting, or changing groups and group permissions. Responsible for server resource management. Includes adding, deleting, or changing printer and file share resources. Manages file permissions and directory structure per established guidelines. Evaluates disk space usage. Manages and maintains services specific to enterprise-size networks, such as DHCP, DNS, WINS, and Active Directory. Provides second level technical support to Server Engineers. Addresses chronic problems, applying root cause analysis to identify the source and short term and long term solutions, to be implemented as directed by IT management.Travel Requirements: None
