We currently have an immediate opening for a Network Administrator in Lafayette IN.


You will also be responsible for the following; creating and maintaining user accounts for network access, providing to users security access and permissions to workgroups or domains as instructed by network manager or team leader. Maintain familiarity with network protocols and tracks access as needed.
Conduct system backups and preventative maintenance for network systems. Responds to and resolve connectivity problems for users. Configure network printers and print servers. Under supervision, configures servers and designs systems. You must also be able to communicate effectively with management, team leader, and team members, as well as, develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and improved customer relations.



Qualifications:


Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field from four-year college or university; and three to five years of network administration experience; or an equivalent combination of training or experience to perform above duties and responsibilities.
Must have CNA or MCP (including networking essentials).
Desired: A+ certification and ASTEA skills.
Must be a team player, organized, and self-motivated. Must be able to prioritize.
Must have outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with other team members.
Must have ability to work successfully with computers and software
Must have good customer presence.
