The Business Applications Development team is looking for an experienced .NET Architect utilizing the following: C# Development, SQL Server 2005, ASP.NET Development including excellent knowledge of user and server controls, master pages, and themes.

All decisions from this team will affect the entire company's future technology development. In this very team oriented environment, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of projects - from database to architecture. No one member of the team will be doing the same work all the time so the individual must be very flexible to well versed in all stages of architecture. This will be a very hands-on position in the way of architecture, design, development and implementation.

Ideal candidate should possess expert level of knowledge of computer applications, programming and systems design/analysis as well as exceptional logical, analytical and problem solving skills; detailed knowledge of industry trends with excellent skills in planning and organizing. Candidate should also have excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication and presentation skills and be able to work in a team environment and/or otherwise as required.

On an every day basis, you will:

* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior developers, developers, and junior developers on project assignments.

* Work closely with project managers to ensure that client expectations are met and that project schedules are adhered to.

* Assist less senior members of the staff with hands-on development work in high-pressure, time sensitive situations.

* Help guide the technology directions of the company by recommending specific technologies to pursue, suggesting staff development activities, and monitoring the Microsoft technology horizon.

* Perform code review sessions with other developers and suggest improvements or alternate strategies when appropriate.
