Multiple Opportunities-HVAC Design Engineering and Contracting

Several needs exist with HVAC mechanical contractors and engineering/consulting firms in the tri-state area. The following positions are available:

Commercial HVAC Sales Rep-ideal applicant will have 2-3 years or more of selling medium to large commercial mechanical HVAC projects. Will sell on the design/build end. Will also have the ability to perform some project management. Huge earning potential. Territories available in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

HVAC Mechanical Design Engineer-must have 2 years or more of experience in the design of commercial, high-rise, health care, educational and hospitality projects. Will perform load calculations and overall design of HVAC systems. EIT or PE license is a major plus. Pharmaceutical consultation experience is also a plus. Growth potential available and the ability to manage a team.

Mechanical Plumbing Engineer/Designer-3 years of more of experience working for an A&E/MEP consulting firm. E.I.T. or P.E. license a major plus. Degree preferred.

Commercial Service Manager-($80-100K)-must have 5 years or more of experience dealing with the supervision of HVAC technicians and dealing with customer issues. Must have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Northern Delaware opportunities available.

HVAC Commercial Sales Representative(Mechanical)-must have at least 1 year of prior sales experience with either an HVAC wholesaler, supply house, commercial firm or service company. I have several different types of sales positions available (wholesale, HVAC commercial equipment, bid-spec and service).

HVAC Commercial Estimator-($70-85k)-must have 3 years or more of commercial and industrial HVAC estimating. Piping experience is mandatory!
Commercial HVAC Technician-Must have 2 years or more of experience with boilers, chillers, rooftop units and split units. EPA, Universal, Type I or II license is a must. Must have a clean driving record. Territories are available all over the tri-state area. Company vehicle and cell phone are included. Huge opportunity for growth.

HVAC Sales Rep-Maintenance contracts-Must come from an HVAC commercial sales setting. Must have sold HVAC maintenance contracts to new and existing customers or new construction.

HVAC CAD Drafter-to $75k- Must have 10 years of experience coming from an A&E firm. Biotech experience is a must also. Will perform duct and pipe sizing. Use of Autocad 2006 is a major plus.
