Mercury Quality Center/Performance Center Administrator

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour Have you worked with the Mercury Testing tools for more then 4 years and looking for a chance to spice up your current responsibilities? Robert Half Technology is currently looking for you. We have an opportunity for you to focus strictly on the administration side of Mercury's Quality Center and Performance Center. You would be responsible for creating new users, monitoring all application logs for errors, monitoring the Microsoft SQL database, responding to reported issues, configuring application servers, performing application administrative functions including but not limited to creating new projects, adding users to the tool, project removal, and performing all upgrades, patches and enhancements as directed. This position requires experience with the tools, as well as a thorough understanding of the interoperability between the various Operating systems, Security requirements, Change Control Procedures, LAN and WAN. You would also offer second level support for Mercury's suite of tools, including WinRunner, QuickTest Professional and LoadRunner. You would be working with users from all across the country, customer service skills, communication skills and follow-up skills must be part of your strengths.
