Our client is one of the industry leaders in printer technology. As a Retail Merchandising Representative, your role will be to impact printer sales by educating store personnel on the features and benefits or our client's products, providing sales and product training, and ensuring all client displays are functioning and properly merchandised. You will be responsible for accomplishing these tasks in multiple retail locations within a specific territory.

Essential Responsibilities



- Visit each store in territory every other week (35-40 minutes per store visit)
Educate store personnel on the features and benefits of our client's brand and product line
Conduct weekly informal and monthly formal trainings at the retail level
Build relationships with all levels of store sales associates and store management
Maintain demonstration units
Work with store management to ensure the sales floor & displays are properly stocked
Maintain current point of sale materials
Complete daily on-line reports on time and accurately at then end of each work day




Work Schedule:



- All stores in territory to receive one visit conducted Monday through Friday every other week, between 9am-7pm. Up to 8 visits per day may be conducted.



*Increased hours/additional shifts may occur due to program needs/peak selling seasons.

REQUIREMENTS




- 2 years merchandising experience in multiple retail locations preferred
Computer literate and savvy with PC and accessories
Ability to learn and master consumer electronic and technical information

- Background/experience with consumer electronics and technology preferred
Communicate effectively in both face-to-face and group presentations and demonstrations
Able to embrace and implement new initiatives and directives in a timely fashion
Professional appearance
Detail-oriented
Independent and self-motivated
Ability to work every other week, per provided visit scheduled



Technical Requirements



- Must have a PC computer with internet/email access and printer



Auto Insurance Requirements



All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.

Physical Requirements


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read, talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize, and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 25 lbs. to move stock or displays from the stock room to selling floor.
