We are currently seeking a highly driven professional individual for the position of Field Specialist for our client - a leader in the wireless industry.



The Field Specialist's primary function will be to train retail store associates on all aspects of selling our client's products including product features, sales processes, activation processes, value comparisons and with motivating store associates to sell our client's product. The other important aspects of the Field Specialist's duties are merchandising program collateral (ensuring placement of POP and Endcap) and reporting on product inventory. The Field Specialist position will report directly to the District Manager who will work with them to ensure high performance.



The Field Specialist position will work approximately 10 to 20 hours per week (depending on the size of the territory) and will be required to use one's own transportation to travel from one store to the next (mileage and travel time will be reimbursed). Your ability to build relationships, train, and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is the key to achieving the goals of this program. You will also need to quickly learn large amount of product and service info, and be committed to staying current on changing products, services and promotions.

REQUIREMENTS



General Requirements



- Tech savvy - knowledgeable about mobile phones, services and technologies - able to operate handheld device (provided)


Knowledgeable of all forms of digital media including picture, music and video


Ability to train and convey service benefits


Outgoing personality with strong communication and negotiation skills


Previous retail experience


Ability to complete all assigned visits in a 1-week period


Independent, self-motivated and organized


Ability to adapt with changing visit objectives


Ability to retain large amounts of product knowledge


24/7 Access to a computer with broadband internet and printer


Ability to check email and respond to phone calls and emails within 24 hours


Knowledge of Windows 98 or more recent


Willingness to wear a provided client branded shirt (pant and shoes are yet to be determined) and to have a professional appearance


Reliable transportation to and from retail locations and ability to transport program collateral (brochures, small end cap, etc)


High School education (or equivalent)


Must be at least 18 years of age



- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship



- Previous experience working with mobile phones in a retail environment a big plus


Training and merchandising experience desired but not required

- Computer with email and printer access


High-speed internet connectivity


Land line connectivity


Windows 98 or more recent




Auto Insurance Requirements



All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.
