We are currently seeking outstanding individuals for the part-time position ofMovie Merchandising Specialist. This person will perform on-going in-store merchandising and product-awareness in order to influence store personnel for our client, a worldwide leader in the entertainment industry. As a part-time Movie Merchandising Specialist you will maximize brand awareness and sales of our client's products by visiting your assigned stores on a weekly schedule (Monday - Friday) confirming that the client's products are represented on the sales floor in proper quantities.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting product to plan-o-grams; garnering approved front of store placement for product displays on video release date; ensuring point of purchase (POP) materials placement; collecting and reporting detailed inventory data and moving product from the stock room to the sales floor.



You will also work closely with retail associates and managers, informing them of new video movie releases, promotions and procedures. Your ability to build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with store personnel is key in achieving the goals of this program.

REQUIREMENTS


Proven and successful track record in retail or merchandising environment

Displays a professional demeanor while representing the client and Mosaic

Conducts weekly store visits according to the designated frequency

Conducts inventory cycle counts per designated frequency

Experience influencing shelf and display allocation decisions by store management

Creates added value opportunities in-store (ex. Secures added value retail exposure through educating retail associates and displaying informative POP)

Completes all administrative duties in accordance with Mosaic client instructions

Strives to consistently meet and exceed all program objectives

Success in meeting performance goals within a structured environment

Independent, self-motivated and organized

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Flexible and adaptable

Reliable daily transportation to travel within your territory

Must be at least 18 years or older

Legal to work in the

United States

Available to work varied daytime work hours Monday - Friday (Tuesday mornings required)

Additional holiday hours may be required (including the days after Thanksgiving, Christmas&New Years)

Technical Requirements

24 hour/7 days a week computer access

Strong computer skills in the internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite

Capable of utilizing the latest in hand-held computer technology for data collection and reporting

Ability to complete online training as required

All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.

Physical Requirements of Position

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read, talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize, and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 25 lbs. to move stock or displays from the stock room to selling floor.
