Mosaic, a national field marketing company, is seeking outstanding individuals for the part-time position of Field Specialist. This is an excellent sales position with an opportunity to work for an outstanding company representing a modular sub-floor system that is leading in technology and environmental performance! This is an ongoing PART-TIME position beginning October 9th.



As a part-time Field Specialist, you will be conducting 45 to 60 minute informational visits at selected home improvement locations with the express purpose of maximizing sales through relationship development, training, merchandising, while stressing the importance of available inventory.





Responsibilities of this position include:Conduct drop-in 45-60 minute product promotional visit with appropriate Store personnel. These visits will emphasize product knowledge and ideal product placement/presentation, the ultimate goal to drive sales. Successfully complete 10 to 20 quality visits per week 100% visit completion Daily on-line reporting of completed visits via the internet Close communication with Field Manager Dress Code: Business Casual













REQUIREMENTS




The successful candidate chosen for this position will be/have:Strong sales, training and/or public speaking experience; must be comfortable with sales Strong relationship building skills Previous flooring or other building material products demonstration Enthusiastic self starter who is professional, well organized, and detail oriented Well spoken and articulate influencer Reliable daily transportation to travel within your territory Availability to work Monday through Friday 8am-6pm Previous experience working a territory would be a plus



Technical Requirements:24 hour/7 day a week access to an IBM compatible computer Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite

Good proficiency in Email & mapping abilities



Auto Insurance Requirements:


All employees that are required to use their personal vehicle for business purposes are required to provide Mosaic with evidence of insurance and agree in writing to keep this insurance current throughout employment.





Physical Requirements:


The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to operate a computer using both hands; stand and /or walk for up to 8 hours in retail environment; sit; reach with hands and arms; read, talk and hear; count and perform basic mathematic functions; sort, organize, and assemble things according to written instructions; regular lifting up to 25 lbs. to move stock or displays from the stock room to selling floor.
