Music & Arts Center is currently seeking individuals for the Acquisition Team. This Inventory Specialist will travel to new acquisitions to help prepare the acquired stores' merchandise for a physical inventory and conversion to a Music & Arts Center. Tasks will include identifying and labeling merchandise, organizing areas for efficient processing, taking the physical inventory and re-merchandising the store when the inventory has been completed. Each new acquisition will take between 4-7 days to complete.

Music & Arts Center opened for business in 1952 and now operates over 90 stores throughout Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Music & Arts Center locations are full-line stores featuring band & orchestra instruments, guitars & keyboards, printed music, music lessons and musical accessories. Music & Arts Center is expanding into additional markets nationwide and continues to bring music to others.

4. Music Retail product knowledge a plus (Band & Orchestra/Guitars & Keyboards)

5. Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

6. Willingness to travel 75% of the calendar year and work on weekends a must. Travel expenses covered!
