Mechanical Drafters

RFA/Minnesota Engineering (www.rfamec.com) has provided quality engineering services to our customers since 1943. We work in many areas of mechanical design, including agricultural and construction equipment, engine and drive train development, consumer, recreational, industrial, and medical products and one-of-a-kind special manufacturing machines. Projects include new product design and development, design optimization, problem-solving, concept development, and structural, dynamic, and flow simulation.
REQUIREMENTS
Drafter/Designer - Positions are available at our office in Eden Prairie and a client's facility in Hutchinson for mechanical drafters. These in-house positions will work on design projects with other drafters, designers, and engineers for our clients in the off-highway and agricultural equipment industries under the direction of our project engineers. Qualified candidates will have a two-year degree in Engineering Design, experience with a solid modeling program, and good communication skills. Experience with Pro/E and a background in the design of construction and agricultural equipment is preferred.
